3 Ways to Show Gratitude

Without showing gratitude we can only assume people recognize our appreciation for them. But what if they don't?

We've all experienced situations where it just isn't what we thought it was.

That's why showing gratitude can go a long way. And yes, maybe the thought of it can seem daunting but if you keep it simple it doesn't have to be.

Here are a three ways to express gratitude to those you love:

  1. Send a text: A simple note to thank or ask of their well being may be enough to make them feel seen.
  2. Write it down on paper: If you're not ready to share try writing things you appreciate about them on paper. This will help re-enforce to your brain all the great things they've done for you. Maybe this will even trigger new found gratitude!
