Here are some common questions and answers to help you in case you're unsure of anything.

SHIPPING

HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Depending on the location it's getting shipped to, all orders take 2-4 business days.Ā 

We don't expedite orders, but we offer options to expedite shipping time.

We do not guarantee Saturday deliveries, even if itā€™s UPS next-day air. Saturday deliveries for each carrier are limited.

We ONLY ship on Monday thru Wednesday to ensure the cookies stay fresh, that's including expedited deliveries. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

We do not ship on MLK Jr. Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and annually from December 24- January 2.

DO WE OFFER SATURDAY DELIVERY?

Saturday deliveries are NOT GUARANTEED. Delivery on Saturdays varies from carrier to carrier and depends on the city. Even if itā€™s UPS's next-day air, Saturdays are not guaranteed. It will be delivered on Monday.

CAN I EXPEDITE MY ORDER?

We don't expedite orders, but we offer options to expedite shipping time.

DO YOU INCLUDE A RECEIPT IN THE FEEL GOOD COOKIES BOX

Receipts are never included in the box.Ā If a product is included, we never change the original product. We want to make sure all products remain the same.

IS SHIPPING INCLUDED?

Shipping is NOT INCLUDED. We offer two days or overnight shipping if you want to expedite your package to your recipient (cost will vary).Ā 

We ship ONLY Monday through Wednesday to ensure the cookies stay fresh upon arrival.Ā 

We operate Monday - Friday from 9 - 3 pm EST.Ā

MY BOX HAS BEEN DELAYED FOR ONE OR TWO DAYS. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Unfortunately, once it leaves our shop, there's nothing we can do. It is in the hands of our carrier. Carriers may be experiencing a delay due to limited transportation, a pandemic, or bad weather.

If it's due to the carrierā€™s part, it is out of our control, and we will not be able to issue any refund, credit or replacement.

If it's an excessive delay, please get in touch with us, and we can see what we can do.

CAN I SHIP TO A PO BOX?

Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO boxes. You will need to put a physical address.

MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED BUT I NEED TO CHANGE THE ADDRESS.

There is nothing we can do once the order has been shipped.Ā 

THE DELIVERY OF MY BOX WAS UNSUCCESSFUL.

All packages are provided with a tracking number. Please be diligent in checking the tracking number. We will do our best to help, but there is only so much we can do on our end.

If the delivery was unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, we, unfortunately, won't be able to issue a refund, credit, or replacement.

HOW DO I GET MY FREE BOX OF COOKIES?

You get a FREE box of cookies every year on your birthday AFTER YOU MAKE YOUR FIRST PURCHASE. A code will be sent to you once itā€™s close to your birthday month. You will be responsible for shipping and handling. Our discount/coupon codes canā€™t be stacked.

IT SAID THE BOX WAS DELIVERED, BUT THE PERSON NEVER RECEIVED IT.

Have the recipient look around. Also, ask around to see if anyone else grabbed it. Sometimes a package says it's been delivered and it can arrive 1-2 days later. In some rare cases, a package may be stolen or lost.Ā 

If the tracking states that it has been delivered and the package has not been delivered even after 1-2 days, don't hesitate to get in touch with our team, and we will do our best to track down the package, but there is only so much we can do on our side.Ā 

We cannot issue a credit, replacement, or refund for lost or stolen packages at this time.

We recommend you file a claim for loss or damage with the carrier.

CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

At this time, we donā€™t allow you to ship to multiple addresses. This is future feature we would like to add.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At this time, we ship within the United States and to Canada. We would like to ship to other countries in the future.

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All sales are final.

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it can't be canceled.

WHAT'S INSIDE EACH BOX?

Delicious cookies with handwritten love notes to make your clients, friends, or family members feel appreciated.

We also include a "How to prepare your cookies" card.

HOW BIG ARE THE COOKIES?

All cookies shipped are either 2.5 oz or 4 oz each.

All cookies in the store are 4 oz each. Let's just say it's sharable between two people.

DOES YOUR PRODUCT CONTAIN NUTS?

Some of our products contain nuts. We do our best to keep everything separate, but we DO NOT operate in a nut or dairy-free environment.Ā 

If you or the recipient have a severe nut or dairy allergy, we suggest you not order the cookies. We want to make sure everyone is safe and healthy.

IS THE SHOP A NUT-FREE ENVIRONMENT?

The shop is not a nut-free environment. Also, the products we used does not come from a nut-free facility.

If the recipient has a severe nut allergy, we highly recommend you not order our cookies.

ARE YOUR COOKIES GLUTEN-FREE?

We only have one gluten-free cookie. It's the chocolate chip cookie.

We're working on adding more cookies to the gluten-free cookie collection.

DO THE FLAVORS OF COOKIES EVER CHANGE?

Currently, we offer four types of cookies: chocolate chip, cranberry oatmeal, chocolate chip pecan, and double chocolate chip. We like to keep things simple and easy.

DO THE COOKIES COME WITH A NOTE?

All cookies come with a handwritten note. You can pick from messages we've already created or write your own message. You are limited to 70 characters per note.

WHY CAN'T I ORDER THE COOKIES WITHOUT THE NOTES?

The ONLY place where you can purchase the cookies only are at our local cookie shop.

All cookie gift boxes, each cookie comes with a note.

Feel Good Cookies was created to show gratitude and strengthen relationships through grateful notes and cookies.

We believe the cookies are unique because of the notes, and notes are only good because the cookies taste good. They go hand and hand.

HOW COME I CAN ONLY ORDER ONE BOX AT A TIME?

Yes, at the time, you are limited to one box per transaction. We are working on adding new options.

You can make more than one purchase. We're working behind the scenes to add new features to our site.

HOW COME I HAVE TO PUT A NOTE EVEN IF I'M ORDERING THE COOKIES FOR MYSELF?

We believe everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and belong, including you. Don't be afraid to send yourself some love notes. Remember, you are your biggest cheerleader.

WHAT SIZES ARE THE COOKIES?

The mini cookies are 1.5 oz each.Ā  Itā€™s comparable to a bite-size.

The big cookies are 4 oz each. Itā€™s slightly bigger than a medium-sized hand.

HOW MANY FLAVORS CAN I PICK?

You can pick up to 3-5 flavors. We will do our best to mix the cookies evenly.

WHEN CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

All orders can be picked up after 10 am EST from Wednesday through Saturday. If you need any specific arrangements to be made, please call us at 586-733-9581 or email us at orders@shopfeelgoodcookies.com

We will respond within 48 hours.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO ORDER?

All orders must be placed at least 72 hours in advance.

CAN I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD?

At this time, we do not offer gift cards.

WILL THE COOKIES MELT DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS?

We do our best to ship the cookies promptly. Unfortunately, we can't control the temperature of the environment where the cookies will be delivered. Ordering these cookies is at your own risk. We can't guarantee the quality of the cookies upon arrival and can not issue a refund, credit, or replacement for melted cookies.

I HAVE MULTIPLE DISCOUNT CODES. WHY CAN'T I USE THEM ALL?

You are only allowed to use one discount code. Our discount codes are not stackable.
