About the Role:

We’re hiring a Cookie Shop Assistant. You’ll be working closely with Andrew and Sheng to support daily operations, with an emphasis on quality, consistency, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed, even outside the job description.

Your Responsibilities:

• Roll and portion cookie dough with care and consistency
• Assist with general kitchen production and organization
• Help with customer service (e.g. front desk, phone, events, etc.)
• Help with packaging, and cleanup
• Assist in cleaning duties (including bathrooms and common areas)
• Stay flexible and responsive to the needs of the day
• Food demo at retail store locations as needed

Who We’re Looking For:

• Reliable and on time
• Able to work 10-15 hours a week
• Passion for culinary (baking / cooking)
• Detail oriented with a focus on quality
• Honest, open, and comfortable with transparency and communication
• Has a growth mindset: eager to learn and adapt
• Physically able to lift at least 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Positive attitude, good energy, and a collaborative spirit
• Non-smoker and non-vaper (required for this role)
• Kitchen experience is great, but not required — we’ll train the right person
